Delivery and Shipping Policy
1. Digital Delivery:
We primarily offer digital delivery for our correspondence courses. Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation, students will receive instant access to their Video course via email or through their account on our website. Digital delivery ensures quick and convenient access to course materials.
2. Course Materials Access:
Once enrolled, students can access their course materials immediately through their account dashboard on our website. This includes downloadable PDFs, video lectures, quizzes, assignments, and any supplementary resources relevant to the course. Access to the materials remains available for the duration specified in the course description or until the course completion, whichever comes first.
3. Physical Course Materials:
We also offer course materials in forms of textbooks (called as Modules), workbooks, or study guides as supplements to the digital content. Following shipping policy also applies:
- Study Material Dispatch: Study material is dispatched from Institute usually within 3 working days from admission day.
- Shipping Method: We utilize reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are included in the course fees. No extra cost is to be borne by the student for same.
- Custom Duty (International Students): Shipping costs are included in the course fees however many a times custom duty is charged in few countries. We are not aware of when custom duty will be applicable and when, so it is to be borne by student.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times usually depends on destination. For dispatch in India, the delivery time usually takes 5 to 15 working days. For International shipments, the delivery time is from 5 to working 30 days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can affect delivery times.
- Tracking Information: Once the physical materials are shipped, students will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows them to monitor the progress of their shipment until it reaches its destination.
4. Returns and Refunds:
Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for information regarding returns and refunds for both digital and physical course materials.
